It’s 2025 and I have an ideal daily routine that I would love to follow. I’ll try my best but here it is.
Weekdays
- 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning routine.
- Oil pull, dead hang, stretches, make ACV drink
- Brush teeth
- Skincare: vitamin c, moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen, hand cream
- Garlic clove, vitamins
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Walk to work.
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Light, protein breakfast. Food journal.
- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Work and walk on treadmill desk.
- 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM: Work.
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Drink ACV. Lunch. Food journal. Rinse teeth.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Work and walk on treadmill desk.
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Work and work out, sauna, and/or steam room.
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Dinner. Food journal. Rinse teeth.
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Walk home.
- 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Free time.
- Work on my business.
- Reading, Audiobook, Podcast, or Youtube.
- Foam roll, posture and neck exercises, toe exercises, stretching.
- Gratitude journal and journal.
- Drink ginger tea or make golden milk.
- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Nighttime routine.
- Hair growth serum with scalp massage. 20mins.
- Shower. 10 mins
- Brush teeth. Floss. Waterpik. 10 mins
- Skin care: hyaluronic acid, ceramide moisturizer, eye cream, hand cream. 10mins
- Meditate. 10 mins
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 9 hours of sleep.
Weekends
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Vacuuming
- Grocery store
- Workout
- Work on business
- Take the classes and do homework
- Skincare: clay mask, face rolling, guasha
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM: 9 hours of sleep.
Time is the most valuable thing you have.
